Sergetti mod 2.10

Modified for Ground Combat Mod

These files are to be used with Space Empires IV version 1.84 only.

Version History:

Version 2.10 changes:

	- Edited Sergetti General.txt so that they use more effective racial traits.
	- Changed Sergetti emp files accordingly
	- Removed Expert .emp file since it is no longer needed

Version 2.00 changes:

	- First Gold Version of Sergetti. Modified files to make them compatible with the changes.
	- Separated Defend (Long Term) AI state in the Construction_Vehicles file.
	- Minor optimizations in files

Version 1.80 changes:

	- Modified files to be used for newest SE4 patch.

Version 1.71 changes:

	- Edited strategies.txt file.

Version 1.70 changes:

	- Changes and optimization in Sergetti research.
	- Complete overhaul of Sergetti ship and unit designs.
	- Fixed some spelling errors in this document.

Version 1.56 changes:

	- Changed Sergetti designs so that they place cloaks on their carriers.
	- Few other misc changes.

Version 1.55 changes:

	- Edited Sergetti .emp files so that they use different (hopefully better) strategies. These strategies will not work if Sergetti are randomly picked.
	- Added 2 more .emp files for Xi'Chung.
	- "Sergetti expert" is for experts, where Sergetti have 5000 race points differently redistributed so that they provide better challenge.
	- "Sergetti no intel" is for games with no intel projects. They have their race points from intel redistributed to other areas.

Version 1.5 changes:

	- Updated Sergetti files to use new options introduced with the latest patch (like cloaking)
	- Lots of other misc changes to existing files
	- Added Sergetti_AI_Strategies.txt file
	- Improved Sergetti_AI_Construction_Facilities.txt so that they use Massive Planetary Shields if they acquire them.
	
Version 1.4 changes:

	- Complete overhaul of Sergetti race files
	- New Planet_Types file for Sergetti
	- Eliminated 'Defense Base' bug in Sergetti files

Version 1.3 changes:

	- Reworked research file
	- Removed Cloaking Devices from Sergetti ship design (AI is currently not using them)
	- Added lot more new ship designs; Bomber ships, Utility ship, more Defense ship types etc.
	- Added lot more misc changes for Sergetti

Version 1.2 changes:

	- Eliminated index error bug (squish)
	- Tweaked Sergetti to be more efficient
	- Added Sergetti emp files for 2000 and 3000 race points game
	
Version 1.1 changes:

	- Fixed bug that caused error messages on start of Sergetti's turn
	
	
Version 1.0:

	- First version of enhanced files for Sergetti Empire.

List of modifications (you may skip this part if you would like Sergetti to surprise you):

1) Completely changed Sergetti research file. They should develop their tech more effectively, develop stellar manipulation tech and eventually research ALL tech in the tech-tree.
2) Some changes to politics files that will make race more aggressive. They should not accept trades, and should not surrender.
3) Added construction_vehicles and construction_facilities text files. They will enable Sergetti, among other things, to construct Atmospheric Modification Plants and Value Modification Plants once they research them.
4) Modified Design_creation file. This file now has different attack type ships, weapon platforms, satellites, defense type ships, etc. Also most of the designs will now use solar sails, once the race researches them (and they will).
5) Changed fleet distribution in AI_Fleets.txt file. They should make larger fleets now.

There are also lots of minor changes to almost all the included Sergetti race files that should make race more interesting (and difficult) to play against.
